Are We A Good Fit?
Discovery Call For New Clients
This call is required for all new clients. It’s the time for you to share your health concerns. We know it can be difficult to take off work or do something for yourself, but you have to. You probably take care of others all the time, but you deserve wellness too and this is the first step. If we’re a good fit, then we’ll schedule your 1 hour wellness evaluation. (This call is not for medical advice.)
This is a REAL appointment so block off time in your calendar and be in a private space so you can focus on your health. The discovery call can be scheduled as a video appointment OR a phone call. So be sure to choose the option you want.
To keep appointments available for those who are serious about their wellness, we charge a $27 fee to schedule this appointment. However, if we move forward then the fee is applied to your initial visit. We hold a space of 5 minutes for you to show up. If you are later than 5 minutes to the appointment, don’t show up at all, or do not reschedule with at least a 24 hour notice, then the fee is forfeited.

Memberships
We manage health, not sickness! Optimize your health with our membership programs. This is true well-care, instead of the sick-care models that most people are used to. You get holistic wellness support from the comfort of your own home with phone/video appointments.
Naturopathic support works best when we have regular follow ups so that we can easily keep up with your progress and make changes along the way as needed. You are treated as a whole person, not your condition. This means that we take a deep dive into the physical, emotional, mental, and social factors that may be contributing to less than optimal wellness. Then we educate, empower, and support you on eliminating or reducing those factors so you’re better able to reach your wellness goals.
Programs are an investment in your health and we are your biggest supporters. It takes time for the body to heal naturally and there are no quick fixes or magic pills. So we require members to commit to their natural healing journey for at least 6-12 months, depending on your health concerns and evaluation.
Memberships are offered in limited numbers to allow us the time needed with each member to receive individualized, quality support. Benefits include affordable visits that support you as a whole, affordable labs, convenient virtual visits by phone or video, and great availability-usually same day or within 2 days in most cases.
Are You A Good Fit For Memberships?
Membership is for you if :
- You are open to new ideas, believe in natural healing, & want support and solutions for chronic symptoms like low energy, hormone issues or digestive complaints. (see “Conditions We Support” page for more conditions)
- You want complementary care for a more serious health condition, like an autoimmune disease or diabetes.
- You are tech-savvy enough for an online client portal and virtual appointments.
- You are frustrated & overwhelmed, and have a difficult time going to a doctor’s office for appointments.
Membership is NOT for you if:
- You’re looking for a quick fix, don’t believe in natural healing, or have an acute or urgent issue that should be seen by a doctor immediately.
- You’re looking for care for persons under age 18.
- You are easily overwhelmed by technology.
- You prefer to go to an office for in person care.

We offer Discounts for those in need
If you want to work with us on your wellness journey but you’re experiencing difficult financial circumstances, then you can apply for a sliding scale fee discount.
We offer this discount to make holistic wellness services affordable for everyone. The discount only applies to appointments with Rasayana Holistic Health. All-Inclusive programs, supplements and labs are not included, unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility is based on household size, household income, & financial circumstances. You are required to provide proof of income and identity with your application. We only take on a certain amount of discounted clients so providing proof of your situation helps us keep availability for those who are truly in need.
To get started, you must first complete your Discovery Call. If we’re a good fit to work together, then you can complete the application to see if you qualify for a discount. You must let us know that you want to apply for the discount PRIOR to making payments because all payments are non-refundable. It may take 1-2 weeks for a determination. Read the application carefully and complete each section.
