Terms and Conditions

Rasayana Holistic Health PLLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”)provides various health coaching services (“Service”). This Service is offered subject to your acceptance of these Terms. Please read these conditions carefully before using Our Service.
BY ACCEPTING OUR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU:
a) HAVE READ these terms,
b) UNDERSTAND these terms, and
c) ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND by them.
You acknowledge that the Webpages and Services provided are for general health, informational and educational purposes only. They are not to replace the recommendations provided by your Doctor or mental health provider. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services or Our Website.
SERVICES
All services, unless specified as “FREE” or included in a package agreement, will be subject to fees as specified on Our Website, your payment link (Stripe, PayPal, etc) and/or detailed in your agreement.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Initial Evaluation Fee (Wellness Evaluation) is not refundable and is non-transferable. The Evaluation must be completed within 45 calendar days of making payment for the appointment, or the Evaluation expires and the fee is forfeited. The Evaluation can be rescheduled with a 2 day notice (48 hours) by calling the office or sending a message. However, the rescheduled date may not be outside of the allowed 45 calendar days.
Cancellation of a booked session must be completed at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $75 fee that must be paid prior to rescheduling.
Discovery calls may require a fee. If a fee is paid, then it is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you move forward with services, then the fee will be applied to your initial appointment. We allow only one rescheduled discovery call with a 2-day notice (48hours). If you reschedule without the required notice, or you no-show, then the fee is forfeited. You may reschedule the discovery call only once after that by paying the fee again.
Cancellation or Termination of a Service membership, package or program will be subject to the terms detailed in your Agreement as applicable.
REFUNDS will not be granted unless otherwise authorized in writing with respect to a particular Service. By accepting these Terms, You agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim a refund. A payment plan or other balance owing must be completed in full, unless otherwise authorized. By accepting the terms of this agreement, you acknowledge that payment(s) may not be MODIFIED, WITHDRAWN or CANCELLED without written consent. Doing so will result in a breach of these Terms and may result in legal enforcement.
ACCOUNTS
As part of the Service or account creation process, You will be asked to provide personal information such as email address, phone number, billing address and payment information . Such information must be accurate and current. Your information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purposes of the Service requested.
You agree not to assign, sub-license, transfer, pledge, sell, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise dispose of the Services and materials (including, but not limited to, audio and/or visual presentations, documentation, software, printed or digital materials, and other elements characterizing Our Services, also known as the “Content”), or share your rights under these Terms to and with others.
NO GUARANTEES
By accepting these Terms, You agree and understand that We order lab testing and provide health coaching services only and guarantee no specific results. You acknowledge that We make no promise or representation that You will achieve a specific outcome as a result of using these Services.
Any testimonials, achievements, or health outcomes viewable on this company’s Website or other related materials are based on the actual individual results of that person. There is no guarantee that you will obtain the same results yourself. As with any endeavor, Your results will vary and will be based on your personal commitment, knowledge, capabilities, how your body responds, and an infinite number of variables beyond Our control, including some variables that neither We nor You may have anticipated. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success You may experience. Each person’s results will vary.
There are unknown risks in any investment. The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that we are not liable for your success or failure.
In accepting these Terms, You acknowledge that You take full responsibility for your own health and success. In no event will We be liable to You or any party related to You for any damage or failure to achieve specific results, whether under a theory of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) products liability or otherwise. As such THE SERVICES, CONTENT AND ALL SOFTWARE ARE DISTRIBUTED AS AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
CONSENT TO USE INFORMATION
By accepting these Terms, you agree that We may collect, use and disclose your identifying information for the following purposes:
(a) the processing of this membership or Service; and
(b) the administration of the membership or Service with our company.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT
YOU acknowledge that any Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of the Service are the sole Intellectual Property of Rasayana Holistic Health PLLC under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms may not be modified or amended orally, implied, or in any manner not set forth in a duly executed writing or otherwise permitted method by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend Services available. We may, in the future, offer new and/or different services and/or features through our Website and associated Social Media accounts. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to these Terms.

This website (“rasayanaholistichealth.com” or the “Site”), including the information and features available from the site, such as reviews, articles and advertisements, is an interactive online service operated by Rasayana Holistic Health, PLLC , that is designed to be a resource for personal health and wellness focused on increasing your knowledge and understanding of health care topics.

If there is any dispute arising out of your use of the Site, you expressly agree that any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of the District Of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and you expressly agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts found in Washington DC for the resolution of any such dispute.
